1. HOW TO RENT OUT A DRESS?

2. HOW I CAN PICK UP THE DRESS?
You can collect the dress(es) from our showroom at time agreed with us. Just give us a call +352 661 812 591 or e-mail us at contact@robeparfaite.com We are in Luxembourg City (Bonnevoie)
3. CAN I TRY ON A DRESS?
Of course. You can try on the dress(es) either in the comfort of your own home or at our showroom by appointment only.
Trying on the dress at your place requires you to visit www.robeparfaite.com, place a regular order and pay for it. Afterwards you should contact us to agree on the pick up date.
Upon return of the dresses you will be refund for unworn dresses.
4. I TRIED ON THE DRESS AT HOME BUT IT DOES NOT FIT ME.
You can take maximum 4 dresses to try on at your home and you have 24 hours to return (next day).
We will return your money for unworn dresses as soon as we receive them. We treat the dress unworn if the safety badge remains undamaged. For dresses with the damaged badge (tag) we will deem them as worn and cannot refund you.
If any of the dresses you tried on is good for you, you can either keep them at spot and wear them for 4 days or return and make a reservation for your future event.
5. HOW CAN I CHECK IF A DRESS FITS ME?
You can find pictures and sizes of dresses on www.robeparfaite.com. If this information is not sufficient for you and you still have doubts, please contact us. We will help you.
6. HOW LONG I CAN KEEP THE DRESS?
We rent out our outfits for 4 days starting from the date you collect the dress. If you would like to try the dress at your home you will have 24 hours to take the decision and return. In any case we are flexible. Let us know, if you need more time.
7. WHEN AND HOW I SHOULD RETURN A DRESS?
You can return a dress in person directly to our showroom in Luxembourg city upon earlier appointment.
You can also send back the dress at your cost by register mail to the following address: Robe Parfaite Kasia Retka, 4 rue de Clervaux, L-1346 Luxmebourg.
Remember to send back a dress together with hanger and cover and keep the certificate/confirmation of sending the package.
Send back the dress by the last day of rental period (4th day) at the latest.
8. LAST DAY OF RENTAL PERIOD IS HOLIDAY OR SUNDAY, WHEN I SHOULD RETRUN A DRESS THEN?
If the last day of rental period is holiday or Sunday, please return a dress on the following day.
9. DO YOU SEND DRESSES OUTSIDE LUXEMBOURG?
Please contact us for more details.
10. CAN I DO A MINOR SEWING OR ALTERATION ON THE DRESS BY MYSELF?
No. You are not allowed to do any sewing or alteration on the dress.
11. DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE DRESS UPON RETURNING?
No, do not clean the dress (not allowed by our customers). We will take care of it as we cooperate with the trusted professional cleaning service.
12. A DRESS IS STAINED OR DEMAGED
If the stains can be removed when cleaning (e.g. spilled champagne) do not worry, our dry cleaning makes wonders. A sequin, crystal or button got off the dress? Do not worry either, we will fix it. Only in case of permanent stains which cannot be removed in cleaning or major damages which makes the dress useless for further renting we will need to charge you with the reparation costs or a catalog price of the dress.
