1. HOW TO RENT OUT A DRESS?

Choose the dress you would like to hire, size and date of delivery (remember that parcels are not delivered on weekends). You can book a dress on www.robeparfaite.com, by mail: contact@robeparfaite.com or by phone +352 661 812 591. Dresses are rented out for 4 days. You can extend the rental period. Please contact us to do so.

2. WHEN AND HOW A DRESS WILL BE DELIVERED?

Parcels are delivered by post (around 3 days) or TNT Express (1-2 days). You can also pick up the dress personally – we are located in Luxembourg city. We recommend booking the dress in advance so that it is delivered at least 1 day before your event. 

3. CAN I TRY ON A DRESS?

Of course. We are in Luxembourg. If you want to try on a dress make an appointment with us. Give us a call or e-mail us. You can receive a dress by post too. Please refer to question 6 for details.

4. HOW CAN I CHECK IF A DRESS FITS ME?

You can find pictures and sizes of dresses on www.robeparfaite.com. If this information is not sufficient for you and you still have doubts, please contact us. We will help you. 

5. WHAT IS A DRESS RENTAL PERIOD? 

We rent out our outfits for 4 days starting from the date you select when making your order via www.robeparfaite.com. If you need a dress for more than 4 days, please contact us.

6. WHAT IS THE AVAILABLE DELIVERY MANNER? 

Robe Parfaite deliver dress in the territory of Luxembourg. However, we can send a dress outside Luxembourg (France, Germany, Belgium and other EU countries). To do that we need you to contact us and provide details of delivery.

In Luxembourg we can deliver a dress in one of the below manner:

By TNT Express: express delivery from Monday to Friday (1-2 days)

By post: delivery from Monday to Friday (2-3 days)

In our showroom in Luxembourg: personal pick up upon in advance appointment.

7. WHAT ARE COSTS OF DELIVERY?

Delivery in the territory of Luxembourg is free of charge (only in case of regular post delivery).

In case of delivery via TNT Express in the territory of Luxembourg you will be charged EUR 12. We will add this amount on top of the rental fee for dress.

Please also note that you are responsible for any fees related with the return delivery.

You can always return a dress personally which is obviously free of charge.

8. WHEN AND HOW I SHOULD RETURN A DRESS?

You can return a dress in our Shouwroom (Luxmebourg city) or send back by post at: Robe Parfaite Kasia Retka, 4 rue de Clervaux, L-1346 Luxmebourg. Remember to send back a dress in the original package together with hanger and cover.

Send the dress on the last day of rental period (4th day). A dress will be send in the package where you will also find a detailed information when you should return a dress.

9. LAST DAY OF RENTAL PERIOD IS HOLIDAY OR SUNDAY, WHEN I SHOULD RETRUN A DRESS THEN?

If the last day of rental period is holiday or Sunday, please send a dress in the following day.

10. DO YOU SEND DRESSES OUTSIDE LUXEMBOURG?

Yes. Please contact us for more details.

11. CAN I DO A MINOR SEWING OR ALTERATION ON THE DRESS BY MYSELF? 

No. You are not allowed to do any sewing or alteration on the dress. 
 

12. DO I NEED TO GIVE A DRESS TO THE DRY CLEANING? 

No, we will take care of cleaning. Do not give a dress to the dry cleaning.

13. MY DRESS DOES NOT FIT ME.

If a dress does not fit you, send it back on the following day. We will return your money as soon as we receive a dress. Please note that a dress cannot be worn and in particular the safety badge must remain undamaged. If the safty badge is broken or damaged we will need to deem that a dress was worn. In this situation we cannot return you the money. If you order more than one dress and only one of them suits you, return them all only in the date of return (you do not need send back dresses which do not suit you before end of rental period).

14. A DRESS IS STAINED OR DEMAGED 

If the stains can be removed when cleaning (e.g. spilled champagne) do not worry, our dry cleaning makes wonders. A sequin, crystal or button got off the dress? Do not worry either, we will fix it. Only in case of permanent stains which cannot be removed in cleaning or major damages which makes the dress useless for further renting we will need to charge you with the reparation costs or a catalog price of the dress.
